Both are knowledgeable about the attractions of Missoula
as well as the rest of Montana and would be glad
to suggest ways to make your stay memorable.
Foxglove Cottage offers two charming guest rooms
comfortably furnished with queen-size beds.
Telephones, televisions and VCRs are available upon request.
There is an extensive video library for the pleasure of all our guests.
The house is surrounded by a three-tiered
Victorian cottage garden with 9 full-grown evergreen trees
as well as various fruit trees.
The garden beds are filled with seasonal annuals and perennials.
Come in early summer when the foxgloves are in bloom!
- Foxglove Cottage offers an above-ground swimming pool
set in a two-level deck to cool off on hot days.
Relax around the pool on a chaise lounge,
have a nap in the hammock,
or read in the many quiet corners of the garden.
On cool days the Sun Room is the perfect place
to catch up on your correspondence.
- Foxglove Cottage is conveniently located
near downtown Missoula,
Rattlesnake National Recreation Area
and the University of Montana
by foot, car, bicycle or public transportation.
This B&B is the perfect stopover
on your way to enjoy the many attractions
of the rest of western Montana.
- Reservations are suggested.
All reservations require a deposit
equal to the room's rate plus Montana accomodation tax.
There is a one-week cancellation policy.
We accept cash, local checks and travelers' checks,
however, no credit cards please.
- Check in between 2:00 and 6:00 P.M.
unless other arrangements are made.
Check out is before 11 A.M.
- Continental Breakfast is available
starting at 8 A.M. each morning
and may consist of your choice of
cereals, muffins, croissants, bagels
and the appropriate condiments
with plenty of coffee, tea, milk or juice.
- Please, no children under 16.
- By Montana State Law, no pets are allowed in bed and breakfasts.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house or guest rooms.
For our smoking guests the comfortable
glassed-in back porch overlooking the garden is available on cool days.
We will be glad to pick you up
or take you to the airport for your
arrival or departure to/from Missoula.
Foxglove Cottage B&B is located in
the Rattlesnake Valley north of Missoula.
From I-90 take the Van Buren exit
north onto Van Buren Avenue.
After a bend to the right,
the road becomes Rattlesnake Drive.
Gilbert Avenue is to your left just before
Rattlesnake Drive bends back to the left.
Go one block to Lolo. After the stop sign,
continue on Gilbert Avenue.
Foxglove Cottage is the third house
on the left behind a large hedge.
If you are coming from the south,
follow the Highway 93 signs.
At Broadway turn right until you come
to Van Buren Avenue.
Turn left and head under the I-90 overpass
and follow the directions above.
